Greetings, one and all! Despite a long winter and a very late spring, we are now beginning to see the fruits of our labors ripening in the field. The warmer weather and sunny skies over the past few days have been a wonderful blessing enjoyed by us and absolutely providential for our lovely strawberries. While by this time last year we were deep into another wonderful season of picking berries, this year we still have a few more days to wait.
We are expecting to start picking in about a week, so keep checking back for our announcement of an official starting date! (In the mean time, make sure you are stocking up on shortbread and fruit pectin!)
